What do the following markings on the article mean: Not available, available in stock.
Not available - If the article is available again, the delivery status will be adjusted and an order is possible again.
In stock available! = The article can be shipped immediately.
Do your products come in special packaging?
All products are securely packaged ALWAYS for shipping, but they do not include branded or decorative packaging unless agreed in advance.
Are custom paint jobs unique?
Yes. Every hand-painted RC body is one-of-a-kind, designed with unique techniques and details.I can make similar products, but never exactly the same. The photos ALWAYS represent the exact product.
Orders, Processing, Returns & Refunds
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders in stock are processed within 1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom orders depend on agreement with the customer.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save details for future purchases, and access your order history.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy worldwide, starting from the day you receive your item.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at brunoamlopes@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide the return address and instructions.
What happens if the returned item arrives damaged or not in acceptable condition?
If a returned item is damaged, altered, or not as required, we reserve the right to refuse the refund, issue a partial refund, or deduct damages from the refund amount. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable items, perishable goods, and gift cards cannot be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add delays.
Shipping
I live in a country that is not listed as a shipping country with you. Can I still order?
We try to ship to the most countries possible. However, if a country is not in our list, please contact us by e-mail , stating the address, e-mail address and the article number of the product you would like to order. We will check the request and get back to you as soon as possible.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via CTT (Portuguese Postal Service) with tracking provided.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Estimated delivery times:
- Portugal: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
Do I have to pay import taxes or customs duties?
Yes, all import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

A tracking number will be sent by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
