Welcome to BOLIM RC CUSTOMS! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to BOLIM RC CUSTOMS. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our Services are powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read carefully, as they include important legal information, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By using or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCOUNT & ACCESS
By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence and can allow any minors under your supervision to use the Services on devices you control.
To use our Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent that all information is accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or licensed to others.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS
We strive for accurate representation of products. However, colors or appearance may differ depending on your device.
Custom, hand-painted, or 3D-printed items may require 2–5 additional business days for processing, depending on the product and agreements with the customer.
Descriptions, images, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and limit quantities per person, region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are only accepted after payment confirmation.
Please review your order carefully. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is accepted.
All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Orders are intended for personal use only and not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the one at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping costs, import duties, and customs taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.
You represent that all payment information is accurate and authorized, and you will pay all applicable charges.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We typically ship within 1–2 business days via CTT, with tracking provided for all orders.
Custom, hand-painted, or 3D-printed items may take 2–5 additional business days, or longer depending on the product and customer agreement.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. After shipment, risk and title pass to the buyer.
Customers are fully responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Failure to pay these fees may result in the parcel being held, returned, or destroyed by customs. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, the customer will be notified. Reshipment is available upon full payment of a new shipping fee by the customer. Any customs duties or import taxes on the reshipped parcel remain the sole responsibility of the customer. BOLIM RC CUSTOMS bears no responsibility for the item during return transit. If the customer does not arrange reshipment within 14 days of notification, the order will be permanently closed with no refund or reshipment issued.
For shipments to the United States, customs duties are prepaid via Zonos Prepay prior to dispatch. The prepaid duties and associated service fees are non-refundable once the shipment has been processed. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and that the parcel is collected within the carrier's holding period.
Orders shipped to the United States are subject to a maximum value of $800 USD per shipment under US customs de minimis threshold rules. BOLIM RC CUSTOMS reserves the right to cancel and refund orders exceeding this limit. Customers are encouraged to review all USA shipping conditions before placing an order.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including trademarks, images, graphics, designs, text, and layout, is owned by BOLIM RC CUSTOMS or its licensors and protected by international IP laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use requires written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, or other laws.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Third-party tools may be provided as part of the Services. We offer these “as is” without endorsement. Use of these tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, services, or policies. Access is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – SHOPIFY RELATIONSHIP
BOLIM RC CUSTOMS is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases. You release Shopify from any claims or liabilities regarding transactions with us.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting feedback, you grant a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such feedback. Feedback must comply with these Terms and not infringe third-party rights.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and shipping fees.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. Do not:
- Violate laws or infringe third-party rights
- Transmit viruses, spam, or malicious code
- Interfere with Services functionality
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.
SECTION 14 – TERMINATION
We may terminate access at any time without notice. Sections on IP, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Privacy Policy remain effective after termination.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free use.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. You consent to jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
