✅ Duties & Taxes — Prepaid

All orders shipped to the United States include prepaid customs duties and import taxes, processed via Zonos Prepay, certified by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

This means:

  • Duties are calculated and paid before your order is dispatched
  • You will not be charged anything extra at delivery
  • Your package clears customs smoothly and efficiently

📦 Shipping Method

All U.S. orders are shipped via CTT Portugal with full tracking included. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

⚠️ Note on package weight:

  • Up to 2 kg: CTT Registered Mail (standard rate)
  • 2–10 kg: CTT Expresso Internacional (higher rate applies)
  • Over 10 kg: Not currently available for shipment to the United States

Previously, CTT Portugal offered an International Parcel service for shipments between 2–30 kg at significantly lower rates than CTT Expresso. This service is not yet available for shipments to the United States under the current CTT offer. Once CTT makes this service available for U.S. destinations, it will replace CTT Expresso for heavier shipments at a more affordable cost. This page will be updated accordingly.

All prices shown in USD already include a margin to cover prepaid duties. There are no hidden fees.

↩️ Returns & Unclaimed Parcels

Please read carefully before ordering:

  • Prepaid duties and shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
  • If your parcel is not collected, refused, or returned due to an incorrect address, duties and shipping costs will be deducted from any refund
  • Reshipment is available upon full prepayment of new shipping and duty costs
  • Unclaimed parcels not reshipped within 14 days will be permanently closed with no refund

How long does shipping take?
Estimated 7–15 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier conditions.

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. However, shipping and prepaid duty costs are non-refundable. Contact us before returning any item.
