Shipping policy
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Custom, hand-painted, or 3D-printed items may require 2–5 additional business days, or longer depending on the product and agreements with the customer.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via CTT Portugal, with tracking provided for every package.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Some orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. Customers will receive individual tracking numbers if applicable.
Shipping Locations
We ship from Portugal to worldwide.
Import duties and taxes apply only to non-EU customers and are their responsibility.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, the customer will be notified. Reshipment is available upon full payment of a new shipping fee by the customer. Any customs duties or import taxes on the reshipped parcel remain the sole responsibility of the customer. BOLIM RC CUSTOMS bears no responsibility for the item during return transit. If the customer does not arrange reshipment within 14 days of notification, the order will be permanently closed with no refund issued.
Shipping Address Policy (PayPal Orders)
All orders paid via PayPal will only be shipped to the shipping address registered in the customer’s PayPal account at the time of purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that this address is accurate and up to date before completing the order.
We cannot change the delivery address after payment confirmation, and refunds or reshipments may not be possible for orders shipped to an incorrect PayPal address.
Customers are fully responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier, and are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
You can use this number to monitor your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take care to package all items securely.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the shipping date.
We will assist in tracking and investigating the parcel with the carrier.
If the tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to the provided address, no refund or replacement will be issued.

We will do our best to assist you, but some solutions may depend on the shipping carrier.
Claims for lost or damaged parcels made after 7 days from the shipping date cannot be guaranteed.
Notes
Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or public holidays.
All products are shipped as-is; special packaging is not provided unless specified.
For high-value or fragile items, we recommend careful handling once received.
Shipments to the United States — Customs Duties (Zonos Prepay)
Due to U.S. regulatory requirements, all shipments to the United States are subject to mandatory customs duty prepayment. BOLIM RC CUSTOMS uses the Zonos Prepay service, certified by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), to calculate and prepay all applicable duties before dispatch.
A Declaration ID code is generated after payment and submitted to CTT Portugal at the time of shipment. This ensures that no additional customs charges will be applied to the recipient upon delivery.
The cost of prepaid duties and Zonos service fees is non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.
All orders shipped to the United States are subject to a maximum order value of $800 USD per shipment, in compliance with US customs de minimis regulations. Orders exceeding this limit may be subject to import duties, delays, or cancellation. If your order total exceeds $800 USD, please place multiple separate orders, each under the $800 USD limit.
